My 85 year old mother was faced with the potential of having asbestos in her home. Due to impending works at her home we needed to find a reputable company quickly. After independently sourcing a company I later realised they were scammers and fortunately no monies had been exchanged prior to finding this out.

That's where Compliance Surveys came in and on the recommendation of a builder colleague. What a difference to the first company. Everything you'd want from professionalism, clear explanation on process and reassuringly managing my expectations. Thank you David for that and taking time with mum.

The report received was detailed and easy to dissect. Adam, the owner, also summarised the salient points of the report making it easy to quickly understand what we were facing. Moreover it's a professional document that can be used in any future house sales.
