We were probably one of the earliest clients of the founder Jim Goddard some 25 ish years ago and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We always recommend Complete Wills and recently a family member has gone ahead with a single will and we are going to receive a £25 love2shop voucher which is a nice touch for us.
Tracey on Reception is lovely - very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble.
We recently saw Pip who gave us excellent service. So friendly and very professional.

Tries to be a professional company but I felt it had a long way to achieve this. However it seems to be a friendly service and it has been in business for a long time so they must be doing something right.
