Thoroughly recommend these guys - have used for a small Win Server network with 20 clients, always available on the phone, raise a ticket and resolution usually the same day. Competitive prices on soft/hardware recommendations. Friendly personable service with cooperate professionalism. Happy since 2017.

I would definitely recommend. As someone who is 'technically challenged', the team are always on hand to help me. No matter how small the problem is, without fail they take their time to resolve my IT issues promptly. Our account manager Nick Harris is a star. A born problem solver (which in my case, almost everyday). Nick is very friendly, and knowledgeable. He always takes his time to explain things to me and resolve issues.

Aconveyancing has worked with Complete I.T Birmingham for a few years now and they have supported our growth. It's very much a relationship that has it's ups and downs but who says IT is easy! - Our account manager Nick does a tremendous job to ensure we're happy at the end of the day - No call is unanswered or is otherwise promptly called back. The Complete I.T. helpdesk also do a fantastic job to support our busy conveyancing team who really can't afford interruption during their working day.
