Can't exactly say its the best service because you won't get seen by anyone unless your refered via citizens advice leic, & only if your a tenant living in Leicester you can get referred. What kinda help system is this if you turn people away just because they haven't been referred. That's just treating people unfairly & in away discriminating them. People are struggling in this country as it is and the government doesn't do too much to help situations, and there is minimum help out there anyway & yet there's this service that just turns people away because they've not been referred but still been help and support. And then people wonder why mental health is so high 🙄 because you pretty much refuse to help people even though it states it on your website how you help people etc. And you might as well refuse to help because citizens advice Leicestershire doesn't offer referrals , i dont get how else people can get help so people are just stuck & going further down hill so thanks 👍🏿

Just came of the phone now and the customer service was amazing, very polite and helped me with something he didn't have to as my query was not nothing to do with what they specify in but he still pointed me in the right direction and gave me great advice.

Too All & who it concerns & they know who they are,
Credit where credit is due & to the special people who work at Epic house & the other venues that are used.( I will not mention them in name on this review ) Considering my manner, behaviour & being inncoherent at many a time, I was treated with respect value & my behaviour tolerated ( when soo many would/could/should have not have been so tolerating as these guy's ) along with my administrative debacle to boot ! If like myself that you unfortunatly have to use their services be sure that they are human like us ( & this review is by a human-check out the spelling mistakes ! ) & please treat them as you wish to be treated as we all have good & not so good days.....& a small in your face tip.....Who needs who ? We all need each other so please be mindful of our surroundings as CALS staff do by the buckets.
As I am no longer in the area I am no longer under their remit but highly recommend their services for many reasons, what have you to gain ? if you do not engage you will never know if your predicament could have been improved as you do not have to do it on your own. I assure you it will not get any worse.
Thank you to all the staff along with peace & happiness & our path's may cross again....take care all....
