If I could give Tim 10 stars I would. We applied in 2022 when there were lots of visa delays and uncertainty, and he was incredibly kind and patient throughout. He made the visa process incredibly easy and clear, was always quick to respond to emails and was always very kind. His fee structure is straightforward with no hidden fees which was especially useful during an already very expensive process.
We hope to use Tim again for our 2nd spouse visa and hopefully further along to ILR - he's the best!

We have used Tim McMahon's experience multiple times during these 6 years for advice to apply for different, and rather difficult, documents. We are now settled and with no worries anymore thanks to him. He helped my husband come from India to the UK in the first place, then he secured his 5-year resident card and when that visa expired we both hired him to get the UK Settled Status, an easy task for me being European, but not that easy for my husband being Indian!
His service is probably the best money I have ever paid for a professional, not even that expensive and surely worth every pence. I found him by pure luck and I have since recommended him to whomever needed advice and real help with immigration and visas.
