Avoid as a plague, they are incompetent!

They asked for money to pay for the ground rent on our behalf, forgot to do it and didn't tell us!
We had to find out if it was paid, chasing them for weeks without success!

In the end we had to pay for the ground rent + the extra fees, because it wasn't paid on time. Now they are ignoring us (what a surprise) refusing to refund us for the late payment fees, which obviously was completely their fault.
We have no other choice than to sue them for negligence, to get our money back.

I would post a 0 star review, if I could.
