Truly awful bunch. Was in arrears with HMRC and CCS were instructed (fair enough). However, I emailed (and received an auto-response from CSS) and phoned CSS to explain that I had agreed terms with HMRC and paid off half of my debt, the other half by post-dated cheque.

Three months later CSS are still harassing me, threatening my credit record saying (in writing) 'We see you have not contacted us about your overdue balance'.

CSS are either wholly incompetent, crooked or just plain nasty.

Deeply strange little company...had the misfortune of them contacting me regarding an HMRC "VAT debt" that was allegedly overdue and unpaid against a wound up company. Asked my solicitor to expedite a response from HMRC, who confirmed this was not the case. So either HMRC and CCS Collect are inept collaborators, or CCS Collect is an outright scam. Strongly encourage you to seek legal advice if you receive any correspondence from these people.

My partner has been receiving threatening messages from these undesirables from a while, requesting personal information.
Today she received a text with someone else’s personal information in that they are chasing.
So they have breached data protection laws by passing on someone else’s information.
They have bordered on harassment for someone who isn’t involved with them.
They have attempted to force personal information from someone which feels very much like a phishing scam.

So, you have 1 chance to read your messages sent through the website and stop this (and no, I will not email you personal information to “track this down” as you will see the message). After this, we will seek legal action based on the 3 points raised above. I quite fancy a fully funded holiday or new car from the damages.

Shocking.
I explained that I never had a Sky mobile account, but they still wanted me to give my personal details on phone.
I told them to check with Sky re incorrect information
They just put phone down.
They send messages on phone you can’t reply to.

I am being repeatedly harassed by this company for an HMRC debt which, as I have been reliably informed from HMRC itself, may be paid via monthly deductions from my wages. CCS Collection Services is causing me an incredible amount of stress.

I spoke to a gentleman named Louis he was very helpful polite kind and considerate the automated system wasn't playing ball and he came to the rescue and solved the issue immideatly thankyou very much to the patience and genuine help and care he provided deserves more than 5 stars however the site only allows 5 so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟

I was quite concerned having to deal with this company due to the reviews. They must be very busy as I did have to wait roughly 10 minutes, but when I got through I was pleasantly surprised. I was calling on behalf of my fathers tax debt, the lady was very helpful and we have put a plan in place that my father is able to afford. The wait was a little annoying but resolved now.
