I had a great experience with Tom! Communication was fast and clear from the initial enquiry right through to the completion of the report and even after. The report itself was incredibly comprehensive, featuring a useful traffic light system that made it easy to understand the extent of the issues. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood what I was getting into.
