I recently went into the Cock and Bell for the first time, it was such a friendly and welcoming environment. The food was delicious and both the food and drinks are priced very fairly. The service was quick and all staff were polite and helpful. I would like to give a specific mention to Lucy, she was serving at the bar and although it was busy she kept it running smoothly and worked efficiently. She was very friendly and helped me serval times throughout my visit. Will definitely be coming back

First time I have been here and the food was amazing. A party of six and every meal was beautiful. The staff could not be more helpful and the service was fantastic.
Also they are dog friendly.
Well done to all the team we had a very nice experience

Took my nan in there last week, had a lovely meal, service was great. Nan had too many glasses of gin and started chatting a poor girls ear off while she was trying to serve, but she took it like a champ and was very polite, Will definitely return, probably without Nan.

Had a lovely meal with family a few weeks ago. Excellent food and the young lady called kerry served us our drinks also took our food order and was very helpful and efficient. Very reasonable price too. We will be back.

We both had the Swiss burgers which were delicious and running a special offer which included a beer as well as Level Head pint glasses to take home. We played Bingo which was hosted by Jean-Paul, the pub manager. Unfortunately no wins for us, but a very enjoyable evening.

Very busy day. Have visited many times and been wonderful. But today, very disappointed. Beef was very tough and chewy. Vegetables undercooked. No cheese on cauliflower cheese, chicken breast was only half a breast, overcooked and tasteless. Yorkshire pudding was rubbery. Chips were tasteless and very minimal salad. However, waitress offered part refund . I'm afraid to say we won't be returning.

Just had a great meal at the Cock and Bell. Great experience from start to finish, very welcoming.. dog friendly.. good honest pub food at a reasonable price. Best steak and ale pie I have ever had. Thankyou guys.
