A regular stop for us on theme park trips down south , however its convenient location is 5 star , the bathrooms are at best a 2 and many food offerings have unfortunately become sub par making my review a 3 star overall. A factor in this is the staff , they tend to have an attitude especially the night staff whom seem nary that you may want to take a seat whilst eating your overpriced sandwich! The entire building is in need of an upgrade in terms of facilities but the most pressing concern during my most recent visit , on 3rd September 2024 is the rat infestation , I am sat in the parent and child car parking spaces out side of the Ramada hotel as I write , I have counted 8 separate rats at any one time running from the bins to the bushes and into the car park , I’ve seen baby rats and adults , I’ve actually never seen anything like it in a public maintained area in my life and it’s really put me off eating here, foot traffic can be extremely busy here but if a rat infestation is not a concern for hygiene then I can only imagine the other areas of hygiene that also get ignored !

Outstanding motorway services, one of the very best in the UK. Has a huge range of decent food and drink outlets, and other facilities. See pics for details of which ones. All very clean and tidy. So much choice it makes it difficult to decide where to go! Lots of seating with live news showing on big screens.

It has a lovely secret outdoor seating area around the side at the back of the hotel. It has loads of tables next to a lovely lake, with a nice path and more tables round the back of the lake. Includes a children’s play area. It is really nice on a good day but empty as no-one knows about it as it isn’t very well signposted, which is a shame. It can be accessed through the entrance to Pizza Express - go through the entrance door and then turn right to go outside. Much better than the busy tables at the front by the car park.

Cobham Extra Motorway Services is quite a standout, particularly for the UK. It’s remarkably spacious, featuring an array of dining options and ample parking. An excellent place to take a well-deserved rest.

best motorway services i’ve been to, food is always quick and plenty of parking spaces also on the last Saturday night of the month they have a very good car show but can get busy and cause hold ups for any people stopping for a quick break.

Avoid KFC!! I just had the most dry, dark coloured, disgusting chicken in the party bucket meal. I asked for a partial refund as we had eaten the best bits off the top amd the fries and sides but the staff said they didn't see anything wrong with it!

Clean and plenty of food outlets to choose from, toilets OK but not enough disabled.
Car park is huge but only a few disabled bays, some have been taken and changed to electric charging bays.
If you need to stop then this location is as good as any.

Typically always stop here if we are travelling through. Plenty of parking available and plenty of options for dining inside. Not a huge amount of seating available in my opinion but if it’s dry there is also outdoor seating. Toilets usually very clean and well kept.
