An absolutely delightful historical quaint atmospheric Tea Rooms. The Cobbles Tea Room in Kins Lynn is really worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
The staff are very pleasant & happy to chat demands allowing. Service was excellent.
There is a good range of loose tea coffees & the cakes look fabulous.
My sister in law & I stumbled across them by way of a happy accident & very pleased that we did.
It was one of the best cream teas that we’ve had & if we are ever that way again we will definitely pop back.

Absolutely lovely little place full of character! Very friendly and polite staff!

All adults had a Traditional Cobbles Classic High Tea and little one had The Pebbles Tea. Really nice selection! Would definitely come back!

Traditional tea and cake. Excellent tea. Excellent cake. Good value for the money spent. Slightly let down by the service - some other people walked in 5 minutes after us but their order was taken before us. The menu is very limited so it doesn't take 5 minutes to decide. Lovely atmosphere, done up for Christmas.

A large group of us booked afternoon tea for a friends birthday.
We were looked after really well, tea and coffee was supplied throughout our visit and the afternoon tea was absolutely lovely, a great selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones.

Such a wonderful find, a traditional tea rooms so rare to find these days, in the heart of Kings Lynn. Family run, very welcoming and such a lovely Tea Room fitted out perfectly. Has a beautiful charm, very much what you would have seen in Upstairs downstairs or in To the Manor Born. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished here.

Very tasty homemade cakes and traditional English Breakfast Tea. Although a huge choice of others like Coffee and Latte.

A wonderful tea room in a beautiful old building. Amazing interior decor, lovely friendly staff, and very possibly the finest cheese scones we have had on our English travels. Served with cream cheese and a delicious sweet chilli sauce. Excellent coffee as well fine teas. The cakes looked so good we had to get some takeout! Highly recommended.

Excellent cream tea. We had the "traditional cobble" for 4 adults and a "little cobble" for our grandson. Finger sandwiches were very good, scones as good as they get and a lovely selection of cakes. Tea was excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough. Bring your appetite with you.
