We used Coates for "Free will month" supporting St. Lukes Hospic. Primarily as wouldn't have to get in to Sheffield town centre.
I have to say Hollie, the solicitor who dealt with us, was excellent. I've been putting off making a will for years as I thought it would be a long complicated process but Hollie had us sorted in around half an hour, sent out a draft copy for us to check then pop back in to sign.
All very easy with our minds put to rest for when the inevitable happens.
Would definitely ues them again for any legal requirements.

I’d leave no stars if possible
Communication is awful and staff are extremely unprofessional. It’s a different excuse each time we make contact. Now each time I ring the person I need to speak to is conveniently engaged and has been for nearly 5 weeks now.
