I was stood in a shop today and overheard a conversation, please be aware that i am aware who this person is as i have dealt with the company before .. I think it's absolutely disgusting that a so called professional person ,(sharron) would walk up to someone in public in a shop and talk in a demeaning Manor to someone about a case so everyone can hear when she should keep her opinions professional and confidential , the Manor in which this conversation happened was by far uncomfortable to listen too and in my opinion she should not be in this profession.
