Really disappointing service with this shop. After myself and 5 of my friends all having babies recently I have been into this shop quite a few times and usually always had great service. Unfortunately, I ordered a blanket which was sent away to be personalised. I collected the blanket and once home inspected it (rookie mistake should have done it at the shop) to find 2 catches. I came back and explained that I understand the item is personalised but I have been sold it faulty - whether this has happened in the store or when getting personalised I do not know - and therefore, will get no use out of it and expect a refund/replacement. The woman on the desk initially said, these things happen it’s that kind of material and when I asked what they will do about it she had the nerve to then accuse me of damaging the blanket ‘you probably did it with a ring’ - stupid comment considering 1. I wasn’t wearing a ring and 2. we were sold it faulty. I will not be a returning customer to this store, have told my friends not to go back and urge anyone else to avoid as they took no responsibility for their mistake. Appalling.
