I don't ever leave reviews whether good or bad however needs must. I was promised a tree report on the Monday before Christmas as it was needed for my insurance company as I had one massive tree fallen across my patio and another listing dangerously over the house and two other trees next to them needing to be looked at due to the storm. Despite extensive damage to my roof caused by the fallen tree that he was well aware of and builders and roofers who where waiting to start work but couldn't due to the fallen tree. He ignored any phone calls or emails. If the job was too big then why didn't you just say so? Don't put any clients through what you did to me, you are not a professional company. I've just instructed pro arb at least they know what they are doing!!
