I have used this company before and had good experiences. Unfortunately the person I spoke to today regarding a booking was very rude, talked over me and was reluctant to confirm details of the booking. A really poor attitude to customer service and with other companies around, I'll go elsewhere.

My husband has always used you, had a quote to be dropped off at the Ritz in London. Was given a quote for £48 .00 . When we got dropped of was charged £68.00 , my husband soon said how does that workout & then said £60 .00 , still over charged us though . So won't be using you no more , as you've out done yourself now in the near future & lost our custom .

The car that picked us up was big and clean and well driven. The driver was not the friendliest, but it didn’t make too much difference as I like it quiet anyway. My main issue is that when I called to make the booking, I asked specifically if I can pay by card to which they replied that I will be sent a link to make card payment online. Once we reached the destination the driver said it’s cash only, I had none on me, and when it came down to it said I will be charged an extra £1.50 for card payment. This is all fine, but this needs to be communicated transparently before the booking is made.

This used to be a reliable company and I did use them for a number of years. There were 1 or 2 isolated issues but as they are a local company I gave them the benefit of the doubt by giving more them more chances to prove they are still reliable.
In recent weeks will recovering from surgery I have tried to use them but have ended up cancelling 3 or 4 booked rides. It seems they are happy to accept the bookings and quickly take the money from the account then turn up incredibly late or not at all. When attending appointments it is important to be on time and even when i have booked 30 minutes earlier than needed I end up cancelling as the app still shows that I will be notified when the driver is on his way for up to 20 minutes after the confirmed pick up.
Each time I have ended up ordering an Uber who arrive quickly and keep me updated in real time.

always, when I asked for help from drivers with heavy bags, I paid extra for extra work. Today the operator forbade the drivers to help me, although I warned him. The operator thwarted my plans. When I wanted to know his name, he simply hung up. I think that this person does not deserve to work in such a reputable company. even if the drivers do not want to help the woman with luggage the operator should warn thank you.

A huge advantage - someone answered the phone. Great start. Easy to book. Able to communicate direct with driver (massive bonus, very precious cargo). Timelines accurate (journey Epsom to Portsmouth) plus collection and delivery executed perfectly which was not straightforward for driver as asked to find 2 difficult locations within 2 hospitals. Very grateful for a very professional service. Will use again.
