Fantastic experience from start to finish. We used Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services for an end of tenancy clean, and we were genuinely impressed with the results. The property had been left in a very poor condition, but they managed to turn it around completely.

Their attention to detail was outstanding. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, and the entire place felt fresh and well cared for. Even the smell of the property was noticeably improved, which made a huge difference.

Outstanding service. We used Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services for an end of tenancy clean, and the results were far beyond our expectations. The property had been left in a poor state — the oven was filthy, the fridge, toilets, and bathrooms were in a bad way, and the carpets (which had been new before the last tenants) were heavily soiled.

We were genuinely unsure whether the place could be brought back to a decent condition without replacing or refurbishing some items. However, the team were honest, personable, and clear about what could be achieved — and their pricing was very competitive.

The work they delivered was exceptional. The oven was sparkling, the bathrooms were extremely clean, and the carpets looked dramatically better — fresh, tidy, and presentable. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows.

Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and handled everything with professionalism. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
