I recently sold a flat through Clarke Mairs and would unhesitatingly recommend their services, and Jasmine Mann in particular.
Jasmine was brilliant. Very professional, extremely prompt in responding to any queries and she explained things with great precision and clarity.
Our buyers' solicitors were problematic, repeatedly asking for the same information, whilst also giving wrong information about the structure of the chain. Yet Jasmine was tireless in responding to the seemingly endless requests whilst also applying pressure to keep the process moving.
