I was very impressed with Glenn's friendly manner and thoroughness to make sure all my final wishes were covered. He offered help and answered any questions and explained things fully, including the options available and the fees. I am happy to recommend this business because it was easy to arrange at a time to suit me, the process was clear and easily completed and the follow-up email lets me know what is going to happen next.

We chose to use Clarity Wills after checking the very reasonable cost, and upon reading the many positive reviews posted about them.
We had an initial conversation with one of their friendly team where we gave our basic details such as name, dob etc. He advised us of the cost and booked us in for a telephone consultation for a few days later.
Our solicitor was Stuart who rang us at the exact time agreed. Having never prior dealt with our wills, we were a little apprehensive of what the actual process entailed.
However, we shouldn't have worried. What we truly appreciated about dealing with Stuart was his uncomplicated way in explaining everything throughout the whole process. He has a lovely yet professional manner and I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company for anyone wishing to make the important decision to make their will.

Making a Will isn’t the most pleasant thing to do but after speaking to Glen Palmer of Clarity Wills made us realise how very important it is. Arranging a time for a team member to contact us both in the comfort of our home made it very easy and stress free (with even a few jokes and banter thrown in). We were both very relieved that we finally set aside half and hour ( that’s all it will take) to complete this, what once was a dreaded task, we are now both so relieved knowing that our final wishes and any assets are taken care of and all done in a swift and professional manner. I highly recommend this company

My wife and I contacted Clarity Wills after a search on Google and they were the ones which stood out.
We already had a will which was written some 25 years ago and wanted to make some changes. The holder of our wills told us they no longer offered this service and we should get another company.
Every contact we had with Clarity was perfect for us, from our initial enquiry to our personal contact at Clarity finally through to completion via the office staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. They dealt with our requirements in a calm and professional manner which was underlined by their total understanding of the processes we needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Clarity to anyone who is considering either a new will or updating their old ones.
