Me and my wife recently used claimsline after someone crashed into our 1 of a kind, limited edition Dacia Sandero Stepway (Lloret edition). We rang and spoke with a geordie lad called Rik who was fantastic. He managed to get us a brand new Nissan X-Trail delivered on the same day, even though it was a Sunday, amazingly the X-Trail seemed even better than the Dacia! Through out the entire process we we're kept informed and updated at each stage, and the staff couldn't do enough.
Unfortunately the Dacia ended up written off which we were heartbroken about, but we managed to get a great valuation for it.

All in all, a 5 star experience from start to finish

Ringing people up luring them in, acting like they are from the legal team who are dealing with the case, when they are NOT involved never say who they are just from the claims line get all of your personal details, of which is very wrong and unacceptable,only giving 1 star as it wouldnt let me post, BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY...!!!, it was your company that put us intouch with another solicitor as it is my partners car whom im acting on his behalf, it was mine and my partners details you lured into giving you

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be too many!
This "company " are praying on vulnerable people at a time when they are needing genuine help and support.
My parents had a vehicle run into the back of them , no fault of my parents, the other driver accepted full liability straight away. Within a hour of the incident this company called claiming to be working on behalf of the third party insurance company. They were not,they are a intermediate who then gave all mu parents details to another shocking company AX without consent or permission.
My 78 year mum was then passed from pillar to post all afternoon. A bogus company was contacting them to come and take their car away, when it had been advised by claimsline we could use our own approved repairer. When asking who was picking the car up or where It was going no one knew.
We cancelled the claim thankfully and went through the correct insurers.
How this type of company can be regulated is beyond belief.
Complete lack of care for data or honesty.
I've requested all our calls are monitored for training and a transcript if all our calls a conversation be sent to us.
Despicable company.

How dodgy is that! How are Google allowing this company to be a sponsor of searches for insurance phone numbers? I wanted to call Admiral but this number came up as the result instead. Google are taking money to advertise a fraudulent company!

I was in a no fault accident and the idiot who hit me called claims line, I spoke to claims line on the phone and they 1. Gave me the impression that the idiot was insured 2. Told that would be handling the claim. They told me that I would get a call from a company called AX who would be handling the repairs of my car and as the person has taken full responsibility i don't need to do nothing more. I got a call from AX and gave them all the information that was requested and they said they would be sorting things out, they then called me back and told me the driver is not insured. This confused the he'll out of me and by this time I had let the driver go as CLAIMSLINE assured me all was okay. I am now left with having to cover this on my own insurance due to being misinformed by CLAIMSLINE. What kind of company is this 🤔. When I called back claims line they then confirmed that the driver was not insured and then sent me a phone number for direct line insurance who also could not help me. What a joke of a company, should be illegal to give this type of false information, as a matter of fact it is. I should be compensated by claims line for misinformation and subsequently letting the idiot driver go which means I couldn't take any further action against him 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Would have given 0 if this was an option. I was contacted by this company almost straight after being involved in my first car accident where I was not at fault and they lead me to believe they work with the insurance companies. They had all of the details of the accident and said they deal with everything after a non fault accident implying this is the correct way to go about dealing with the reporting and aftermath of non fault car accidents. I have no idea how they got the accident information as the other driver said he only informed his own insurance company. This cannot/should not be legal. They did not explain everything properly and the GUY spoke so fast it was hard to take everything in at this very stressful time. I was then falsely coaxed, mislead, lied too, poached and coersed into taking out my claim with them as they did not clearly inform me of the whole situation. They took advantage of me at an extremley vulnerable time and affected my mental health during the following couple of weeks whilst the situation was dealt with. This should not be legal. I was told my car was unroadworthy and that I would be pulled over by the police if I drove it in the state it was in but later was told by my insurance it was road worthy and just cosmetic damage. I am absolutley disgusted that people can actually do this to people all for capital gains. I was told it could take up to 8 weeks for repairs to be made by the accident management company I was put through to from this company, some reviews stated even longer. Its safe to say I cancelled and went through my own insurance. Its companies like this that put everyones premiums up, charging unnecessary and ridiculous prices to the insurance companies. My insurance company turned my car damage around in 2 days! Avoid at all costs!!! Cannot be trusted!!!

Following an accident where a 3rd party went into the back of me, Nicola and the claims line team were great. Everything happened quickly to get me in touch with the relevant 3rd parties to get my vehicle and me sorted. I had a direct line to contact should I need it and they checked in with me shortly after the accident and weeks later after my vehicle had been repaired.

Fast, friendly and efficient service that I hope I have the fortune to not need again! Thank you for taking care of things on my behalf (and being very patient and understanding as I balanced life with a 2 year old while trying to speak to you on the phone!)
