Avoid at all cost. Very Disappointed

We had an extremely frustrating experience with CMG Claims. Our first assessor left the company without notifying us, leaving us in the dark for months with no communication. A second assessor was eventually assigned, but the same thing happened—he too left without informing us. No one advised us to dry the property after a leak, which led to severe secondary damage. We were told to wait for instructions on dehumidifiers that never came. Now we’re facing over £1,000 in avoidable damage, which isn’t covered. The lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. Would not recommend.
This entire Claim process [under £5k so small] took over 1 year to settle again what i feel as fault of CMG and the staff turnover issues they seem to have .

Any staff we did manage to deal with were met with quite blunt responses and no real help. Thankful that I don't have to deal with this company any longer
