I have known Carl Farrell for well over twenty years now as C&K has completed several contracts over these years for the block of flats I live in (in Marylebone).

On those occasions when I have been directly involved – on behalf of the company that manages the works in the building – I found Carl to be most kind, professional, helpful and above all always responsive when contacted. There has never been a message unanswered or a phone call not picked up or promptly returned – a remarkable quality in dealing with a Contractor !

C&K has also been – in as far as I know – competitive in the quotes it submitted.

Yes, there have sometimes been delays in the implementation of the schedules.. However, taking into account that a Contractor’s work is often external and, therefore, weather dependent and that its own work is often affected by the availability and reliability of the sub-contractors used, this is understandable (however irritating at the time).

Yes, I would recommend C&K as a company and always remain grateful to Carl for his approach to business.

I think that the outstanding thing about C&K is that they have an ethic of doing a proper job and not as some firms may do, skimming over issues. C&K redecorated a room for us. Their decorators had decades of experience and did a great job, carefully stripping down old loose wall paper and treating damp spots. They finished it to a very high standard and left it spotlessly clean. Great value for money too when considering all their diligent prep work. Highly recommended.
