Absolutely horrendous service. Your ask them to assist, they're happy to take your payment then email correspond with the debtors rather than enforcing the writ they achieve. I have email trails of them informing the debtors solicitor to gain a Stay of Execution pending their appeal. Even telling them they'll hold off from proceedings and allow them a few weeks. the debt is owed, the debt is collectable according to a High Court Writ... catastrophic service of complete lies.

One minute they say they need to enforce regardless due to the writ, next offering to hold off.

You will be also chasing for weeks, months and more for updates because they don't communicate nor see a penny in return when they don't hold to their written agreement!
