The Citizens Advice in Newmarket does not understand when a person English or not needs help .
What they do copy and paste sending to you by email .
Anybody can do that .Sometimes a person is not looking for the answer but the clarity and this by one to one communication .Now CAB in Newmarket is just a corporation where you do not see the meaning in all anymore.
Is this branch one off? ,yes I am sure maybe what it needs to take the bus 12 to Cambridge for a better service dedicate to help people differently for what in Newmarket chosen the short way of leaving you as you started with nothing.

They very very nice and helpful people they helped me get my money from my previous employer they did not pay out for me. There is similar problems with new employer if they can help me out again I will be even more amazed !
They can be very proud themselves for the help they give for every one!

The only thing these people can do is help you repay a debt. If your a citizen looking for advice this is the last place you want to go. This isnt a review for one single visit. Been in contact several times over the last 6 years and the result has always been the same, very disappointing.
