The volunteers that work here are fantastic and always friendly, helpful, understanding and so knowledgeable. They try so hard to make sure you get any and all the help you need. I have had help from CAB several times and each time have been so grateful for they're help and advice. They really are such a marvellous resource.

Having seemed advice for the first time in my life I went in earlier this week and all was great and very helpful. I returned to say to ask a question regarding my letters, the lady in front was told to sit and wait because appointments were not possible.... my turn the lady (yes I know it’s volentarty work) was extremely rude to me. I asked if I could return to see someoe and she started shaking her head saying no before I’d even finished! I was ted to make an appointment for future date and before I was even findined told there was no way I could have an appointment today. Being polite I asked if that was true because I wanted to book one for next week maybe. Was told no and then the lady just muttered to herself complaining she knew it was gonna be one of those days.... funny that, you’ve made it this way today! If she just sat back and listened to my query first she would have been better enabled to able to help me with my question.
I was very unhappy with the way I was spoken to and the people in the waiting area seemed to agree the lady was being rude.
Citizens advice more like citizen adverse!

I was advised to contact Citizens Advice by Trading Standards as the last of four van loads of my furniture collected by Pilton Auctions, to be auctioned, failed to arrive at Pilton. Having contacted Citizens Advice,as advised, I was told to contact Trading Standards, and so it went on. Absolutely useless.
