I spoke with Mags on the phone regarding some queries about Maternity allowance, even though she wasn’t able to answer my query directly she took the time to look into the different options. I found it really beneficial and Mags was super helpful, would recommend calling here if in need of any advice

Great help but trouble getting through on the phone , had to use email as no one answered for over 45 mins but did get back to me and made the effort and the man I spoke to was helpful and friendly

I have to say in spite of being a free service and covid 19 they were extremely helpful to me . Had a benefits issue and if my appeal is successful I'll be in a better position to make a donation to such a good cause !?

My previous review was positive 5* but unfortunately don't even get a reply to an email now days, such a shame used to be a great service, good luck trying to ge them on the phone!

Wasn't to happy as couldn't see anyone for help
