Useless. My father was told couldn't make appointment at Sunderland citizen advice and would have to just turn up to speak to someone. When he arrived there was a 3 hour wait !! Surely they could of pre warned him of this before he trailed over

Keep you on the phone spouting a load of mumbo jumbo for about 2 minutes then tell you nobody is available and to call back again. That has went on for 2 days now now ringing probably every 10 to 15 mins.
