I have only used once and I was told I shouldn’t have got myself into that situation then I wouldn’t have a problem. Well thanks for that! My friend was recently charged £50 for their alleged “advice” which I thought was free. Waste of time so don’t bother in my opinion.

Nah not for me.
Disappointed the fact they didn’t deal with the “Family & Relationship” section for my domestic issues I had to deal with in 2019/2020.

Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone my age 19 or under.

The staff on the phone we amazing and set me up with an appointment once learning of my problems. But I was so disappointed when we had the appointment. The lady who advised me on my citizenship application was rude, patronizing and spoke down to me. She kept clapping at me sarcastically and made me feel very uncomfortable. We left feeling even more confused than we were before. When googling her responses we found some of the information she gave us was wrong. Felt as though she was testing our knowledge rather than actually helping us. Such a shame as we were hoping we could get the guidance we needed but left with nothing valuable! Really feel as though she was setting me up to fail.

Always a good idea to use this centre when dealing with the benefits system, housing and debt. On this occasion I accompanied someone else who needed universal credit advice but I have been there for myself a number of years ago and found them very helpful.

Uncaring & actually gave me incorrect advice about housing benefit as per their own rule book! My advice to them is if you don't know an answer don't just make up any old rubbish, go ask someone who does know! My advice to you is Google it.

Very Very poor service. I have made complained against council about housing problem but they did not help me I gave them all documents which they asked for.
