Dreadful.
Due to ill health and not being able to work we found ourselves having to use the local food bank to survive. We visited the CAB in Selby to obtain the form we needed to go to the food bank and we subjected to what I can only describe as the most humiliating experience we have ever had. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but the one person who dealt with us treated us like undeserving scroungers . Our chat with him was more like an interogation and left my wife in tears and so upset she refused to return . Totally disgusted with our treatment. Thank god the lovely people at the food bank helped us regardless and said we wouldn't have to endure again.
