Been trying to call only to then get cut off. Waited an hour just for an automated robot to tell me there was nobody available and got cut off, then randomly got cut off waiting half an hour.
I tried the website and emailing but every time I try to submit there's an issue with the captcha that doesn't let me submit so the form is broken and needs sorting
(unless it's on my end then I apologise)

It's just a lil bit frustrating :/

They resolved the case of my client very quickly. Great communication. The waiting can be a little long but that's only because it's a walk in. Lovely people.

Tried to call to speak to someone. Was placed in a quque. Waited over an hour just for an automated robotic person to tell me advisors not available. It went downhill from its glory days. There is no excuse for not picking the phone and make someone wait that long. This is not just me, if you look at the other reviews, people are not happy with the service. It makes you give up the whole thing. I understand it is busy, but maybe a solution would be to hire more stuff.

Cannot not-recommend it enough.
Firstly, it's a "drop-in", so you will wait a minimum of 1 hr, be prepared for that.
Second, as anything that's free in life- there won't be quality in it.
The man serving me was highly incompetent, told me to report my landlord for overcrowding, I opened my laptop and showed the salford council website - and asked where do I do that? He said "I can figure it out, he is not here to show me anything'. After typing in 'overcrowded' and 'overcrowding' in the search bar, no results came up at which point he told me to go to Salford City Council across the road. I did that, and SCC told me that there is no such thing.
0/10 would not recommend.

Excellent experience with this lovely people..very very helpful and professional with advice and facts....sorted afew things out for me...highly recommended if you have anything from money problems to help with work issues...would give them more stars if I could...👍👌

Left me stranded these guys cause my case was too complicated for them. My faith has dwindled with them even though this is my local CAB. I'd rather call the Bolton one now who can handle a more 'complicated' case.
