I went today in the morning and I was very happy because the team is very helpful ,friendly and welcoming . They helped me a lot . They covered everything that I have asked them to help with. The advisor was so kind and supportive . He assisted me and gave me the best information also he sent me emails containing all information that I want to know . The only problem that I had faced it today is the WiFi signal was so bad however I hope to fix it as soon as possible .

An absolute joke trying to get any help from CAB. Open one day a week and can never get through when calling or see anyone when I turn up. The legal advise I got last year was wrong. The phone numbers they gave me weren't in use.

They seem friendly but I was given false & incorrect advice about 3 times. Gave me also incorrect details for legal services which do not exist.
Go elsewhere....do not waste your time here.
