I got exactly what I needed and had the most comforting support for my issue. Jess was empathetic, understanding and sensitive. I highly recommend if you can get her to answer your call that you do.

They have a triage system, usually, it works, but they like to go through the procedure before you're given advice. In many cases, you'll need to come back at a later date for the actual appointment. It's just had a ton of money thrown at it to make the place look better and provide a better service.

There's parking on-site and it's about as big as a pocket hanky. So you've got to hunt for a spot on the main road when the 3 or 4 spaces are full.

The advice given is invaluable and a very much needed resource. The place is run using volunteers, so remember that when you go. Obviously, there's paid help, but mostly the people there are helping you for free.

Make promises and fail to follow them through. Will be complaining to my mp there are government funded just not acceptable. I guess just thinking about their pension package over actually helping people in need.

Phoned over 6 days each time u get disconnected after waiting for over an hour . Disgusting especially as you are distressed in the first place, thats why your calling them ! Doesn't deserve any stars

What a complete waste of time!!
I went along as I needed some advice & on a day it was open I went bright & early so I could get in quickly too get myself sorted out as fast as possible!
When it eventually opened guess what?An advice centre with absolutely no advisers too help & this seems too be the trend of things!
What a waste of my time & everybody else's time who requires help!!
Where on earth does the money come from too keep this building that seems too now contain no advisers running?
I wouldn't recommend this too anybody & I'm so disappointed with it my anger can't be displayed on here for obvious reasons!!!

This place has the most patient helpers here. They are lovely. If you need help and advice, they are the ones to go to. The new part of the building is bright and calming. was in need of a update. These people deserve a medal x
