Absolutely rubbish jumped all the hoops that was asked of us,letdown by the financial advisor, literally just stopped communicating, even though she said she could help, also after contacting Boston office again for help false and misleading advice. Totally unprofessional and completely rubbish, don’t use as they give you false advice and hope. Well I was contacted again, told they would get back to me and …. Nothing yep nothing, so yes a complete waste of time, if you’re going to volunteer your expertise then do it properly.

They are very friendly and helpful I have been there quite a few times and I have never came away disappointed on some occasions I don't know what I would have done without them they are also self funding with no help from the government at all which I think is a crime every time I go there I always leave no less than £5 to help them out as a charity too many people take advantage of this but God forbid if I weren't there we would know it it will affect all of us

Never answer the phone was on hold for over an hour then it came up sorry noone available and cut me off tried again another day 40 minutes on hold so I gave up.
