I was doubtful about calling for advice but was at least feeling very optimistic about my case against a company.
I sought advice and although the call was politely handled at first, once advice was given I felt immediately invalidated and judged. Not enough questions asked - I appreciate it’s difficult to help in such a short window but when one is feeling very depressed about being powerless against a company, the last thing you want is to leave the call feeling worse than I was before I started.
ChatGPT stated quite clearly I do have a case and I should have left it at that.
