Please STOP funding this branch of Citizens Advice. They are hiding behind the closed doors of the building, there is no visible doorbell or indication on which floor they are. And if you manage to get inside the building, you're told they can't see you because there’s no admin available to book an appointment, so you're asked to go home and call them instead.
Guess what? They don’t answer the phone.
When I mentioned that, in this case, I would go to another branch, they told me I’m not allowed to. So the question is: why is this charity funding a branch that offers no real help to anyone when their main purpose is to - " help everyone who needs it with practical advice you can really trust." ?

Few months ago I had problems rodent in my privately rented property, to get help I called here, wrongfully adviser told me it's my ( tenant) responsibility and I need to pay full cost, I spoke twice in here two different people, all said the same,
But I gathered evidence and I took my landlord to court and we won,
Such a bad experience seeking any help here, no knowledge or prejudice, no helpful solutions at all,
When you don't know its better to say I don't know rather than showing wrong direction, and if you don't like someone to help just be honest and say I don't want to help,
