Usually get a reply quickly but not this time tried again 2day left my number just waiting to get a reply I cant complain they are the best people to sort any problem you may have thanks to everyone you are great xx

The ladies were lovely but it's not so easy getting appointments as it is very busy. It really easy to get to by bus and car. There is parking but you do have pay for it. Its a very good place to get help for utilities to Benefits. The bus Station is close by and a taxi rank.

It appears impossible to speak with someone, doesn’t matter at what times/days you phone. The phone just rings unattended. Leaving a message to be called back doesn’t work either. 3 weeks I have been trying regularly. It is a real shame as defeats the purpose of such service if they are uncontactable.

I have got help filling in disability forms from citizens advice. I don't know what I would do.without them. In the past when I have been refused my benefit I have gone to citizens advice. They helped me fill in forms sent them off and met me where my tribunal was, took me in and supported me just by being there. Being disabled and applying for benefits is so difficult, i feel sick thinking about it.. it was too difficult to do on my own. Thankyou to all the staff at Citizens advice

I rang twice left call back number .They did not call me back .So this service is needing an overhaul .in olde days you could walk into a CAB .I will never contact them again
