Was told to be there by 9:30 in order to be seen quickly. I arrived pronto on Wednesday morning and that proved to be the case. They could not have been more helpful and fortunately I didn’t see anything WOKE there so I felt welcome.

I've been on line waiting for somebody to answer my call for over 1 hr just now (from 3 pm to 4 pm), nobody bothered to reply yet, the automatic messenger prompted me to wait in the queue. Disgusting service.

I went to citizens' advice to get my best friend Ian's pip form. The Guy John was very helpful and gave us alot of pointers. Hopefully Ian to get enhanced pip because he deserves it for being a wonderful man who I can trusure and who I love dearly as a friend.

Caring and friendly staff, receptionists and advisors!! Run off there feet as per norm but extremely since 1st lockdown.
Bless them all n all other CAB's...
And consider other options from where you may be able to get info/help you need.
ie. The web, online, from family or friends... anywhere before you are any CAB! so there's more time for people that genuinely need assistance.

This star is reserved for the wonderful ladies on reception and not for the bald charity worker that opened with the line "Im sorry, you exceed the age limit, there's nothing we can do for you", whom seemed oddly inconvenienced that I had arrived seeking advice.
