Got my form in December 2021. Waited 3 months for them to help me with it and send it off, but the form didn't even get sent, it actually got sent in May (so waited 5 months). Recieved claim last month and it had been backdated completely wrong. They have messed the claim up good and proper and now I've got to pick up the pieces. Managers don't answer emails. Ombudsman and the higher route it is! Didn't want to leave this review but your service (with this claim) has been appalling.

I called up the Widnes CAB and spoke to a lady called Suzanne. She was absolutely amazing. I came off the phone feeling so much better and emailing me over all the information to help with my enquiry.

Started off promising but led to a nightmare after my advisor had personal battles which affected my case. at one point, there was 6 months of no contact because of this. This has caused me further debt, the advisor left me feeling guilty as he mentioned his personal problems which I found unprofessional & irrelevant and ended up with letters threatening to close my case if I didn't respond in 7 days. I could go on! Left feeling that they didn't want to continue because they'd failed to mention a crucial detail which left us at an impasse and should have been mentioned in the early stages. Also found to be lying in the advisors notes which sealed the deal and I will now be using another company instead of this one. Classic case of typical service in today's times.
I am disgusted with you CAB and I will not use you again after this.
