Been trying to get through on the phone number since yesterday hey am starving here what's the point having number that no one picks up to tried every option ridiculous service am sure they are having a party ? or unplugged all the phones. Stupid fools

Spoke to a discrimination law caseworker (who seems to have been mentioned by other unhappy reviewers) who gave me incredibly misleading information - suggesting that I can't sue someone for defamation but can only sue organisations. This was not correct in the slightest and was incredibly counterproductive.

Complete waste of time. You can never get intouch with anyone and after weeks of trying when you do finally get to speak to someone there is no advice or help they can give you.

Unprofessional and time wasting.
Avoid Ms Olivia Reay on discrimination cases she will waste your time and you will end up missing the deadline for your ET1 application .
Just do it yourself at least you have something to fight for.

Staff in centre were friendly and professional to inform me they had no idea why an unnamed advisor told me to come to the office to speak to them on a case they couldn't help and the coward didn't even log the email

Unprofessional and look to drop your case at any opportunity and are only interested in the funding. Very disappointing and superficial organisation.

I just used their services in a case of discrimination at work and wasn't given the advice I needed and ended up losing all my rights. They are very superficial and didn't explain clearly my options. I'm not from this country and know nothing about legislation. But their lack of guidance costed me 2 months of wages and any compensation I was entitled. I feel cheated, neglected and disregarded in general. I don't believe this service should exist. They are not clear enough.

Had an appointment with a man called John to help me with PIP review form , he was a lovely helpful man and I'm so grateful for his support in doing this
