Waiting on call for hours and hours and hours on hold no one answer or is available then they just cut the call after Waiting so lon. I went to Citizens advice dudley yesterday All the way from .Wolverhampton. on bus They did not let me in and said to make appointment on the phone. But they never answer after holding so long a waiting, they cut the call

Absolute joke. I am so furious with these lot. So before lockdown I did what was adviced, to only feel like I being punished for something they caused! I have beeen trying for months to get back in touch and all I get is the phone ring ring for so long for it to be put down. I even tried going there personally to ask for help which was an emergency matter to be told we only make appointments on phone calls. To be dumped with no help definitely wish I knew how to make a complaint absolute awful customer service. I even said my reasoning why I turned up in person. All they done cause me stress and I am left with bad mental health issues and a skin condition caused from stress!!!!

I have tried so many times to get through to these people and they work 3 days a week which is good, but even when you call on the days they should be open l still got no answer, l know with covid it's been a hard year for everyone but if they are not there then at least put it on the answering machine, lm still waiting to speak to them l think with everything that's going on in the world, surely someone can say we not open until further notice, it's not rocket science is it.

Can never get an appointment and when you do it is always going to be rearranged at a later date. Staff are not well versed in the situations they are giving advice for. I forgot her name but she actually said to me thanks i have learnt a lot from you today. Very disappointed a waste of time you would get more valuable information from Google. If you want to know what you already know and get patronised book yourself an appointment. Thanks for nothing guys.
