If I was going to be critical I would say that the lack of a walk in service could be a problem for some. Otherwise the staff are really good, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and affable. You can't ask for much more than that!

Extremely helpful! Very friendly volunteers and knowledgeable paid staff. (Dave) sorted a couple of problems i have had for nearly 2 years in a couple of hours. I could not have had better help. They are brilliant!!
