Absolutely useless asked for some advice and was given a general telephone number to call what’s the point having them there if all they do is pass you into a customer telephone line !!

Staff are great help especially when filling out PIP forms. Only downside is that it can be a wait for an appointment. The building is much better than the previous office as they have converted an old social club into the new CAB.
