Absolutely rubbish. Was waiting on the phone for over an hour to be spoken to like mud off the bottom of their shoe. Wasn’t able to speak was spoken over. It was just all round the worst experience I have had over the phone. Needs shutting down!

Need more walk in timings for the public also better location information as per eg Google maps.

Came at 2.30 on Friday and supposed to be open as in the picture but closed. Call and they won't answer the call. Waste of public money and funds and do not give out any advice at all.

They literally don't pick up the phone.
Regardless of time, day of the week, office hours. I've tried calling them once a week the whole of 2024 and been left on hold for over an hour before they just end the call on their side.
I've tried monday-friday all times of day, today I've just sat there from 11:36 until 12:58 with it ringing and ringing, they just hung up 2 minutes before they shut at 1pm for lunch.
Do not bother coming here for any advice because they're never there or willing to pick up the phone to give any.

I'm afraid this organisation is not fit for purpose, they DO NOT SERVE THE INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE only their stake holders! The PLACE IS MISLEADING and NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSOMER SERVICES!

I HAVE EXPERENCIED A SERIOUS DATA BREACH! BY THEIR ORGANISATION, IN ADDITION, A DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION CASE!

THEY DO NOT HELP OR ASSIST IN HOUSING MATTERS ONLY FOB YOU OF, MISLEAD YOU AND MAKE YOU FILL IN FORMS OF WORK THEY NEVER ACTUALLY CARRY OUT!

IT IS A WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY AS ITS A BACK STREET CON! THEY SHOULD BE AUDITED FOR DATA BREACHES AND FRAUD!
