It would help if you were warned that arriving for a drop-in session that allegedly runs 9.30 till 11 actually means that if you arrive at 9.40 you’re too late and you actually have to arrive before 9.30 and queue. I’ve waited WEEKS for this session and paid an Uber to get it out here on time, plus turned down work. I’ve been down in person before and was expressly told to come back today. No one warned me to come early. Thanks for nothing.

I have contacted them for a consumer issue over the telephone. After a long wait when I put through to an advisor, she provided me consumer rights act that I can use to argue with the service provider. I am aware of the consumer rights and act that protects. However, she could not give me any further help. Very dissatisfied.

They do not answer the phone under any circumstance. My mums been trying to receive legal advice for months and there’s no hold service - says no one’s available and cuts you off. How are the elderly without internet literacy able to use this service?

I have been trying to get an appointment or even speak to someone for on off two years most times being left all day with this horrendous hold music that you cant turn down and no one picks up, it is known there is a crisis yet absolutely nothing is being done to fix it, no one has bothered to ask for more volunteers, it's run on voluntary yet no one is being made aware that the service is not functioning so they can prioritise volunteering here so we don't lose one of the most important resources we all have avaliable to us, other regions are still functioning, and I have tried every other region and been into their premises to get help, but I'm not allowed because I live in bristol, so because you aren't admitting you aren't really available we can't get help anywhere else, this is not ok at all.
There also is no complaints procedure, no drop in, no email absolutely nothing, citizens advice is all there is for most issues, and other organisations are still redirecting you to a service that isn't operating, yet no one is doing anything to fix this, or admitting it's not operating, it's against human rights to not have this service avaliable and lie about it still being a service that's functioning when it's clearly not, this is how their gettting around not having to fix or announce there's anything wrong, why is this city being discriminated agaisnt .

After going into detail about my dire situation, which isn’t easy, I was told to carry out some tasks that I was told will massively improve my situation. I was told I will receive a call the following week to follow up where I left off. I went to every length possible to complete the tasks suggested. And never received the call or any follow up.
So so invasive for nothing and no help!! Disgusting to torment desperate people that way!!
I have edited and added due to reply, I did not have difficulty using the service, which is very insulting to suggest. The employee of the service failed to follow up her commitment’s that she volunteered and offered!

They don't asnwer the phones ever. Either it says the lines are closed, which they shouldn't be between 9 and 5, or it says there is no one to take your call. It also says on the website that you can't just show up and that you have to call to book an appointment. So effectively, if you need help, tough luck you're on your own.

Impossible to get in contact with.
I call the line within the opening hours and it says they’re closed.
I press a menu option just to return to the main menu. I have been trying since they opened for new years and this is constantly happening.
