This company were the solicitors for the couple we were buying our house from. Barclays had an outage resulting in the funds from our solicitors being delayed. Despite our solicitors offering indemnity to this firm which guaranteed the funds they refused to release keys leaving us homeless over the weekend. On the day in question our solicitors completed on 10 properties which were also affected by the outage and ours was the only one who's early key release was refused. We will be lodging a complaint with the legal ombudsman
