My husband and I recently took a baby first aid course taught by Claire, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As a new parent, I was anxious about handling emergencies, but Claire's teaching style was incredibly reassuring. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very skilled at explaining complex topics in an understandable way. The hands-on practice sessions were particularly beneficial, allowing us to feel more confident in our abilities to perform CPR and manage choking incidents. Claire also provided plenty of practical tips and was very attentive to all participants, ensuring that everyone understood each procedure thoroughly. I highly recommend this course to any parent looking to gain essential first aid skills; Claire is a fantastic instructor who makes learning these critical techniques less daunting.

Claire attended one of Chloe's Classes Postnatal Sessions to teach new parents about choking and Basic Life Support. From the moment I exchanged emails with Claire, she was friendly, professional and the communication was great. It was a pleasure to be able to watch Claire in action- she is a true expert in her field. She hit the brief in an outstanding way. Claire is very approachable, highly knowledgeable and has the best interest of her clients at heart. We paid for my parents to attend a First Aid course as they look after our young daughter, if I had known about Child Matters, I would have definitely have chosen Claire! I look forward to working with Claire again in the future at Chloe's Classes!

I arranged a family first aid course for a group of parents with Claire and from the first email conversation right through to the end of the course Claire was outstanding. The course itself had been perfectly tailored to the requirements, Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and runs an in-depth session that allows participants to really learn a lot about first aid. Without a doubt I would highly recommend her, and her team.

Brilliant Restart-Heart course this morning about cardiac arrest and how to use a defibrillator. So clear and informative with hands on practice with real defibrillators. Everyone should do this! Can't recommend Child Matters more highly.

Child Matters have recently delivered two day training for every child from year 1 to year 6 at Glenbrook Primary School. The children both enjoyed and learnt so much during the sessions. The training linked directly to statutory guidance. Teachers fed back that children were interested and engaged throughout the two days. We would recommend this training for schools.

I completed the training a couple of years ago for work experience before my a-levels. Claire was so lovely and supportive and I learnt a lot whilst I was with her. The training really built my confidence in first aid and it meant I was more prepared when I started my childrens nursing degree in 2020

I attended a first aid course yesterday, and I have to say it's got to be one of the best I've attended.
I am a very shy person in group activities, so to feel that at home to carry out tasks with strangers was amazing.
I would recommend Child Matters to everyone, and hope the people of today choose to be first aid knowlegable.
Thank you again Claire brilliant. See You again in a couple of years.
