If I could give more than 5* I would. Lisa Austen was our solicitor. We were buying our first home and that in itself can be challenging not only that we was in the rush to beat the increase in stamp duty, while all other solicitors refused or said it couldn’t be done Lisa said she will try her very best and we have exchanged & completed in 3 weeks with 4 days spare of the increase! Her attention to detail was also amazing even though we was in a rush she made sure we was covered and everything was check correctly.

She made the whole experience very easy and kept us in the loop with what is going on. We didn’t have to chase Lisa once she would let us know or chase us to get things sorted. Couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor to deal with.
