This company just sent me an email saying taking over my claim from another company which I did not approve or sign anything to say that they could go ahead and make a claim on my behalf I don’t know who this new lot are, but I have sent them An email instructed them not to take this case any further it’s ridiculous. How do you think they can just do it about getting you anything or anything will update if I get any more correspondence? Look at the review I think it’s best to stay away from this company.

I am more than happy with my claim for PPI Plevin. I felt it important to give a good review and feedback here as I had no problems with Cheval Legal. I received good customer service . The fees are roughly half of what you receive from credit card companies etc. Without the service from Cheval Legal it would have been very difficult to get anywhere with these companies as I received a letter from Bank of Scotland to say I had no valid claim. They did in fact owe me a large amount which I received today.

It has been a long process (not their fault) there were problems with the money transfer, but it did arrive eventually after they chased it up for me. The Staff were all so helpful and polite. Occasional trouble getting through on phone, but that wasn’t a problem. They did their job, and earned whatever was made from that, I was very happy with the £500 I received. Don’t have all the names of those I dealt with, but Nicola, Jodie & Jana were all very good, as were all the others. Thank you team!!!

I got 70 quid of a 700 refund. They magicked a court declaration fee out of the air which was not expected. Absolutely disgusted with their approach and claims guys. Unexpected fee which was not part of agreement. However it magically allowed them to take on another 300+ of my claim leaving me next to nothing.

UNREAL!?!

I've just had 2 emails from this company confirming they are proceeding with my case. I have never heard of these people nor have I ever signed up for a ppi claim from Barclays. i called 2 different numbers to speak to somebody to ask how they have my details and home address, however the lady would not speak to me unless i gave her personal info - which i have reluctantly done as the email I had stated if I do not respond within 14 days there will be charges!! I am FUMING!! They apparently have a letter of authority from me VIA FACEBOOK!?!?!?!?! I have instructed them to remove me from their system and they are not to proceed with any claim as i have no Barclays account nor do i have facebook. Who the hell are they?!

I have Never dealt with this company I have never made a claim regarding any miss sold PPI but for some reason I get calls and texts up to 3 times per day despite blocking each number! Today I called to request my information be removed from their system and I was met with the most robotic rude woman! She needed to verify it was me making the call you do not need all of the information you were asking of me to REMOVE A PHONE NUMBER!
I’ve read multiple reviews of this company being utter scammers and I have to agree, I have never had an account with the company these guys are saying I’m due money back from!

LEARN THE LAW! STOP HARASSING PEOPLE!!

My outstanding case was passed onto cheval by another company at least a year before lockdown. I received an email from them March 2021 asking me to sign documents for them to pursue my case. I am still awaiting an update on the outcome. Last email after I contacted them again in November last year was they are awaiting on a DSAR. The same one for at least 3 years. I would not recommend them

There are many poor reviews of this company and negative client feedback on various social media platforms. With me they have dragged their heels, they seem to have only worked on my case when I've chased them, and after more than 2 years of my case being with them they're closing it because its too much risk to them! Avoid Cheval at all costs and find a company that will actually work for a client rather than going for the quick wins and easy money cases. I'm looking forward to seeing what the legal ombudsman has to say.
