An absolutely horrendous experience when it comes to probate, go elsewhere unless poor communication (1-3 month response time often), more than double inital price quoted, having everything dragged out over YEARS and being passed to numerous solicitors as they all leave without you being informed (you have to phone when you have not had a reply for months) is what you are after. The complaints department simply respond weeks later making excuses for poor performance.

They also lacked the intelligence to renewer me full benefits and refused to recalculate when pointed out her lack of sharpness expected from an average lawyer, she refused and handed the matter to a half baked ? Lawyer
This led to disparate exchange of communication
The chief , instead of looking initially the matter acted on his being a local “ bigwig” and myself someone unimportant with a foreign name although I am no less a professional person myself. Racist tones here. !

15 years later very politely requested to correct a mistake made by Chattertons but was shooed away!

Totally unprofessional, using extraneous issues in profession, negligent and punitive on personal not professional grounds!
