From start to finish Jon was exceptional. He really took his time with myself and my sons helping us at such a sad time. Jon was very compassionate and made sure we got everything right and Jon exactly did that.
Jon delivered an exceptional speech at my husband's funeral service. We had many comments from friends and family how well the service went and that was all down to Jon a really genuine person, sincere and kind. I would highly recommend using Jon for his services. Jon was kind enough to agree to be the celebrant at my fathers funeral in August, he came to my house, met other members of my family and took a real interest in what and how we wanted to conduct Dad's funeral. Jon also had some innovative ideas that he shared with us that made the service so special and so personal. Whilst it was obviously a very sad day for us all, with Jon being the celebrant we really felt we gave Dad the send off he deserved. In December we sadly lost our Mum and we had absolutely no hesitation to ask Jon again to be the celebrant. Yet again, Jon was compassionate, understanding and professional, he helped us get through this very sad time. It was like having a friend by our side, holding our hand and helping us through. Jon recently conducted our Dad's funeral service at Charing Crematorium. My sisters and I found Jon to be very warm, open and understanding, during what was a difficult time. He listened patiently and guided us as we recalled stories and life events going back many decades, and then went away and turned our conversation into a very fitting eulogy for our Dad.

Jon conducted the service just as our Dad would have wished it to be - light and with some humour, but still respectful of the occasion.
